Leading a hospital data center implementation

The project involved implementing a new hospital data center, coordinating delivery teams, and migrating systems from the existing server room.

My contribution

I led the implementation, supervised internal teams, and coordinated multiple subcontractors to keep tasks on schedule and resolve conflicts between workstreams. I oversaw the migration and ensured the project was documented for a clear handover to the hospital’s internal team.

Outcome

The new data center was delivered through coordinated work by internal teams and subcontractors. The migration was completed with minimal downtime, and project documentation supported the handover to the hospital’s internal team.

Pharmacy / IP telephony

A complete call center implementation

A pharmacy chain needed a complete call center solution integrated with its existing infrastructure.

My contribution

I designed and implemented the solution, configuring the system from end to end to meet the enterprise’s technical and operational requirements.

Outcome

The call center solution was deployed and integrated with the existing enterprise environment.

Managed services / IT support

IT operations for businesses without internal teams

Multiple small clients needed ongoing IT support without dedicated in-house technical teams.

My contribution

I provided hands-on troubleshooting, technical recommendations, and IT planning. I oversaw updates, patches, and security measures and overhauled the internal service desk.

Outcome

Clients received ongoing IT support, while the service desk overhaul reduced response times and supported service-level agreement (SLA) coverage.
